1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the Privet website ("the Site") or submitting your information through our waitlist form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
2. Pre-launch nature of the project
Privet is currently in private beta. The product described on this Site is in active development and is not yet generally available. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to sell, license, or otherwise provide the Privet product. Features, pricing, supported integrations, launch timing, and pilot admission criteria are all subject to change at our sole discretion.
Submitting the waitlist form does not entitle you to receive the product, to receive it on any particular timeline, or to receive it on any particular terms. We reserve the right to admit pilot users at our discretion, in any order, and to decline admission for any reason.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Site and submit the waitlist form only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children.
4. Your waitlist submission
When you submit the waitlist form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that the email address belongs to you, and that you have authority to provide the firm or company name you supply. You agree to receive transactional emails from us related to your waitlist status. You may unsubscribe and request deletion of your record at any time per our Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality of pre-launch materials
The content of this Site — including product positioning, pricing indications, technical descriptions, comparative claims, and the contents of the "Why Privet" philosophy page — is provided for evaluation purposes during our private beta period and is considered confidential pre-launch material. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, post screenshots of, or otherwise publicly disclose the contents of this Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to discuss the Privet project within your own organization for the purpose of evaluating it.
6. Intellectual property
The Privet name, logo, design system, written content, and all other materials on this Site are the intellectual property of the Privet founding team and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for the sole purpose of evaluating our waitlist and the Privet project. All other rights are reserved.
7. No warranty
The Site and any information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Specifically, statistical claims, competitive comparisons, and product capability descriptions on this Site reflect our current understanding as of the date of publication and are subject to revision. They are not commitments.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Privet founding team and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your participation in our waitlist, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Third-party links
This Site contains links to third-party websites, including those of our subprocessors (Supabase, Vercel, Resend) and competitor products referenced in our comparison materials. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
